Society has long been aware of the importance of nature, of preserving the environment and of behaviors that do not endanger our planet.

In this movement of commitment to the use of natural materials is the textile confection in the promotional field, which in no way is indifferent to the need to take care of the health of people .

In the confection, the basic materials used have been cotton, wool, silk, linen and leather. To them there must be added in later moments the natural vegetable fibers obtained from hemp, soy, pineapple or wood pulp. However, for a garment to be considered ecological, it must meet certain requirements:

1.- Be confecionada with natural matters resulting from organic farming (crops without chemical products, fertilizers or pesticides, with an effective management of resources, irrigation water and waste).

2.- Being manufactured by people who perform their work in decent and healthy conditions.

3.- It must not release toxic chemical substances in contact with the skin.

4.- It should not be dyed and if it is, the dyes to be used should be natural (dyes of vegetable origin such as roots, berries, bark, leaves, wood and other organic sources such as fungi and lichens).

The ecological promotional garment is identified like other organic products, through eco-labels that certify its origin, such as the "European Union eco-label", the "Made in Green" label or the "Oeko-Tex Standard 100" label.

Not only fashion brands launch their ecological collections. The promotional world moves with the social values ​​on the rise, offering increasingly innovative product ranges.

 
                 How Do I Place An Order?

The purchase process is easy and very simple:

  1. Select the product (s) you want and add it to the shopping cart.

  2. Choose if you want to pick up your order at the store or if you prefer that we send it to your address.

  3. Enter your personal information and choose the payment method you prefer to finalize your purchase.

  4. When finished, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your purchase.

  5. If you have chosen to pick up your order at the store, remember to bring your ID with you. In the case that another person is going to pick up the order for you, this will have to provide  this  duly completed  authorization  and a photocopy of your ID. Once in the store, they will ask for your ID and photocopy it as proof that the collection of your order has been made.



                How can I cancel my order?

When you place an order we start to prepare quickly so you can enjoy it as soon as possible.

However, if you have not yet left our stores, we can stop the process and cancel it. To do this, check the status of your order through the  My Account  area and click on the Cancel order button.

If your order is outside our facilities ( In delivery ) when the carrier arrives at your home you can refuse it directly . In this case, the order will return to our warehouses and once we have checked that everything is fine, we will proceed to the return of the money in the same payment method that you used. You will receive your money within a maximum of 1 to 2 business days .

                                  Shipping

For products weighing less than 31 kg , the San Fermin Eco-clothes parcel service will take the order to the indicated address within 24 to 48 hours from Monday to Friday.

If your order contains more than one product , it is possible that your purchase arrives in several shipments with different transport companies to ensure that they arrive as soon as possible.

The transport company will contact you via email to inform you of the day on which the delivery will be made. If you do not find yourself in the place of delivery, a second attempt will be made and you will also be notified via email.

In case you can not deliver the order in this second attempt, the transport company will send it to the closer shop, where you will have up to 10 days to withdraw it. At all times the transport company will inform you via email of the two delivery attempts as well as the remaining period you have to collect it in franchise.

All the products will be delivered at the door of the indicated address (they will not be introduced in it) and do not include its start-up or the removal of the old one. For security, deliveries can not be made in a different address than that indicated in the order, nor partial orders will be delivered.

For your security, we offer secure payment through SSL. This system encrypts and protects your personal data, including bank details.

 

                          Returns & Refunds

If you do not like what you have bought, it does not look good or it just was not what you expected, you have 15 days to return it from the date you receive it. As soon as we receive it, we will pay you the money through the same means of payment with which you purchased it. Below we explain how to return a product.

You can not exchange the product for another in the same process, if you want to change it, return the one you do not like and make a new order once we have returned the amount.

Remember that the products must be unused and in the same conditions that were delivered.
